Keith was extremely helpful with advice on how to present the house to prospective buyers. He was always available to answer questions and explained the selling process accurately and with details. There was not any pressure put on me regarding the listing. The house sold quickly and Keith made arragments to be available for a Saturday closing.

OMG!!!!! What a wonderful experience with Degnan Realty, Keith specifically!!!!! We were in desperate need to sell our home!After many realtors later, Keith did not hesitate to help us and with lightening speed!!!!! I contacted him on a Wed and by Sat/ Sun of that same week he made stacked 8 appts for the house to be seen! Our third appt was a young couple eager to see and want the home. Keith made it such a smooth process and by Wed of that next week with great negotiations led by Keith, the young couple were eager and we were able to sell our home!!! Keith always kept us in the loop with communication which was so important to us as one of us lived out of town that had occupied the home. We always felt Keith was working for US which is SO important when dealing with big items such as your home. So if you need the BEST REALTOR EVER, don't hesitate to contact the Degnan group, and especially Keith Degnan! When others wouldn't or couldn't help us sell our home, Keith didn't even hesitate,as he got it done in one weekend! I'll never forget his remark when I initially called him from a list of 4 realtors I was given by another realtor, even she saying he was the top out of the 4...... " I know you were given 3 other contacts but out of all 4 that you were given , I'm at the top as I have the most contacts and I will work for you and get it done for you"!!!! So not only did he get it done and on record time, he also had the CONFIDENCE in himself to get it done. To me that spoke VOLUMES as at that time we were out of options to sell the home . as it wasn't the most optimal. So he even barreled through the mess of all that and came out victorious for all, and right before my birthday and Christmas I was signing the house over!!!!! Just like that!!!
